Someone posted this on livejournal recently:

"The conversation I had with Buddy Schwimmer: let me just tell you he can GOSSIP!!!! aww man...here's what I learned from him:

1. He thought/wanted Lauren to go home. Apparently Lauren is mean to Lacey....hahaah
2. Last season, Ivan was mean to Benji.
3. Ivan is bisexual. [ and i say that with the upmost respect] and he and Travis are, in fact, a couple
4. He will have a website going up soon- buddyschwimmer.com
5. He's divorced and single and happy!! hahaha
6. He wants Lacey to dance with Pasha next week. They know that Alex de Silva is gonna choreograph a Paso Doble, and since Lacey's never danced with Pasha, he's hoping that they'll do that....urgh, that will make me upset
7. Lacey made out with Kameron before she got with Hok [YES HE TOLD ME THIS!!! OMIGOD!!!!!! i mentioned LJ and how there were rumors that she was with Kameron and he was like "psh, they only made out, but that's what Lacey does. With hok, it's lasting a little longer" DUDE!!! He condoning her sluttiness!!!]"

I don't know if that sort of gossip should be put here honestly because all it is is hearsay.

If Buddy did say that, he was out of line. But the reality is some unknown poster posted it, and I am not about to take some random post's word as a result.

But maybe you should think about deleting it just because of some of the gossip's content is somewhat intrusive and possibly slanderous to some people.

I went to check out the link. If it was there, the poster removed it.

I can't believe a father would talk about his daughter in that way. Disclosing who she makes out with? That is SICK. Or saying how he wants certain mambers out of the competition? And then he discusses a contestant's sexuality and private life? Is this for real?

This doesn't sound right. If it is true, that's terrible for Mr. Schwimmer to spread such malicious gossip. If it is not true, this post does a great disservice to Buddy Schwimmer and his family.

Frankly speaking, that just does not sound like something Buddy Schwimmer would say. I would think Mr. Schwimmer is savvy enough not to say such remarks, especially being such a high profile figure with high-profile children.

The season one winner took that thread quite seriously and post a new entry on his blog with very strong choice of words.

wow, I just saw that. I can't believe Nick commented on something that was written on idol forums of all places. I have stood behind Buddy in line for one of the show tapings last year and this year again. He is a gracious person who did not spill the beans like this person said, and since I was older than a teenager, I have a feeling I probably could get more out of him honestly! He shared a snack one of the times with us, and was very nice I thought and never bad mouthed contestants. I have a VERY hard time believing this account honestly.

Me neither. Besides, Mr. Buddy (...cute...) knew better those rumors would hurt or help his daughter. I'm not sure if there's any bad blood among these dancers and their families, but this is Internet! That kind of anger is really not that necessary in my opinion, at least for his own sake.

Nick had a hissy fit when benji won last year. I guess it's lingering this year with his sister in it. The funny thing is Benji listed Nick as one of his dancing idols for his SYTYCD bio last year, and it's come to this. Let's just recast the Walls and the Schwimmers as the Montagues and Capulets at this point...or actually make that the sharks and the jets!

lol, I can't imagine him saying all of that stuff to some dude.

Although I do hope the part about Lacey and Kameron is true. lol!

As for Nick, I sense he is a wheeee bit jealous that Benji is so much more popular than him.
