This post is meant as a serious thank you to everyone responsible for making Lie to me.

After having enjoyed watching the show and learning all about micro expressions I found out this skill actually saved me in real life. One day I answered my front door bell and found a charming young man on my doorstep. I will not go in the details of what he said and leave it at what I saw. After listening to him for a while I noticed constant signs of contempt beneath his charmingness. This made me look at his ID better and I noticed it was fake. I sent him on his way. later on I heard he swindled someone in my neighbourhood out of a lot of money! Yes, I know, I should have called the police on him, I will next time around.

So thank you very much for not only entertaining me, but also teaching me something really important.

Glad you're o.k.   Something like that could've turned out worse. You hear all sorts of stories.

Since i started watching this show, i also "study" people alittle more closely, as well what i myself might do, like shrugging my shoulder or looking down when i speak with someone. This show is becoming very informative.

Anyway,  keep up the good observations...
